WEICH Couture Alpaca opened a new pop-up store in Düsseldorf last week. In a prime location in the KÖ-Galerie on Königsallee, one of the most elegant and important shopping streets in Germany, the store has a sales area where everything to do with the exciting world of alpaca products can be experienced until the end of February.

During the opening, on November 23, 2022, the two founders Jannik Weich and David Kutschrütter presented the brand’s new image film to customers over a glass cuvée and homemade appetizers, and the invited guests were able to hear the history of the company first-hand in a small group experience. Later in the evening, the investor and former managing director of Hermès Germany presented exciting insights into the luxury market and the visitors had the opportunity to ask the investor and the two founders questions about WEICH products.
Surrounded by the luxurious home & living accessories, customers had the opportunity to experience the incredibly light feel of the Royal Alpaca fiber and to receive individual advice on the products. New items in the range that could be experienced live for the first time this evening are the butterfly chair, which was created in cooperation with the Cuero company, and the loungewear collection, with the elegant bathrobe and a warming set of sweatpants and sweater.
A competition marked the end of the event: the winner received a copy of the popular bestseller from the Weich brand as a prize, the CALMO hot-water bottle in regular size.
