The following conditions apply:

Deliveries within Germany:

Standard shipping €6.90
Express shipping €16.90 within Germany

Deliveries to Austria:

Standard shipping €13.90

Deliveries to Switzerland:

Standard shipping CHF19.00
No additional customs duties and processing fees

Deliveries to EU countries, UK:

Standard shipping €15.00

Deliveries to non-EU countries:

International standard shipping €49.00

Shipping costs include VAT.
For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or charges (e.g., customs duties) may apply, which are not invoiced or collected by us, but are to be paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please inquire with the respective authorities for details.

Delivery times:

All items in stock: 2-4 business days
Non-stock carpets and throws: 10-12 weeks
Non-stock Fur Loungers and Butterfly Chairs: 10-12 weeks

Delivery Conditions

1.1. The delivery conditions, delivery date, and any existing delivery restrictions can be found under a correspondingly designated button on our website or in the respective offer.

1.2. If you are a consumer, it is statutorily regulated that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item during shipment will only pass to you upon delivery of the goods, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company not named by the entrepreneur or any other person designated to carry out the shipment.
