For complaints or the return of an order, please contact us via email at support@weich-alpaca.com. Customers in Germany will receive a return label, but a shipping fee of €6.90 will be retained in case of a return. Returns are free only in the case of an exchange. For international returns, we will provide a return label, but the respective shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
